THE PUBLICATION

How the journal uses evidence

A source can describe a product. It cannot tell us what happened in your account.

Documented facts

We use official public Wrapbook documentation for the limited product context in each article. Source links and the date checked accompany the analysis. We do not reproduce complete help pages, screenshots of private accounts or product status tables.

Independent methods

Record indexes, observation timelines, copy registers and question cards are editorial methods. They are not official product workflows, legal standards or evidence that we tested a private account. The examples are explicitly fictional and do not describe customers or staff.

Scope and uncertainty

We avoid predicting a payment date, deciding an entitlement or implying that every reader has identical controls. Source wording can change, and a product guide may address a different role or project context. The current official source and the responsible production team remain the appropriate starting points for actual actions.

Corrections

Contact lisatomas1@gmail.com with the article title, the disputed statement and a public source. We distinguish a changed source from an error in our interpretation. Neither establishes a fact about an individual account.

Independence

The publication has no corporate logo, product login, document intake or private-account replica. See the Disclaimer for the limits of the material.
